When people ask my professional opinion on how to make kids enjoy reading, math and other subjects, I respond, "Make it about them! What do they enjoy most? What are their passions and dreams? Then, simply build a curriculum around the child's likes and how he learns best!"
Do they learn Best through music ? Build their learning through mnemonics, songs and poetry.
Are they lovers of nature? Take them outside to learn and let them explore the skills through nature!
Perhaps, they love art! Let them draw or paint the skills.
Teach them laughter and fun when learning.
Watch a connection begin to grow for the love of learning!
